We may process account information, email address, login/session data, Space membership, uploaded photos, uploaded videos, uploaded files, technical logs and communication related to the tour community.

Purpose of processing

We process data to provide private access to tour media, official videos, participant uploads, tour Spaces, community functions, technical security, support and system administration.

Access to tour media

Access to tour media is restricted to authorized users and to the specific tour Spaces they are allowed to access. Users do not receive direct access to the underlying storage system.

Uploaded content

Participants may upload photos, videos and files related to the tour. Users must not upload illegal, offensive, unauthorized, copyrighted or privacy-infringing material.

Storage and retention

Tour media may remain available in the private archive for authorized users. Data may be removed upon request where appropriate and technically possible.
